My client has a vacancy for a Receptionist to join their dynamic team.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Receive and direct deliveries
  • Take and direct accurate messages
  • Update and circulate staff contact list (including extensions)
  • General housekeeping of reception, waiting areas, boardrooms and meeting rooms
  • General administration duties for executives and operations (faxing, scanning, binding, laminating and filing of documentation)
  • Perform general housekeeping and administration duties

Requirements:

  • Matric + post Matric administration related training or qualification would be an advantage
  • Computer literate – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • 2 Years’ experience as a Receptionist in an organisation with 50+ employees

Must be available to commence employment immediately

Salary:

  • Negotiable per month depending on qualifications and experience (Please state your salary expectation and notice period along with your application)
