DUTIES:-

 

  • Type correspondence, reports and other documentation;

  • Data capture and email communication;

  • Inventory control and ordering from suppliers;

  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;

 

SKILLS:-

 

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy;

  • Internet research abilities and website updating;

  • Excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Analytical and problem solving skills;

  • Decision making skills;

  • Effective verbal and listening communication skills;

  • Attention to detail;

  • Very effective organizational skills;

  • Be able to use initiative;

  • Have sound knowledge of Facebook and other social media;

  • Effective written skills;

  • Computer skills including the ability to do spreadsheets and use word programs;

  • Time management skills;

  • Able to work under pressure with deadlines.
