will be responsible for a busy Front Office (reception and switchboard), as well as being part of a team that is responsible
for data capturing of invoices, orders and client information. We are looking for a young, confident, presentable and well-spoken
individual to fill this permanent position.
To perform all reception functions/duties.
Received, settle and refer visitors in a professional and timeous manner;
and refer all incoming calls in a professional timeous manner;
any questions raised by caller in a professional manner;
and forward message details accurately;
contact details of 3rd parties as requested;
all technical faults with the switchboard and telephones lines to Financial
and activating client and policy information in management system;
and policy documents to management system;
various orders as and when required and
continually seek competitive pricing and research alternatives
filing system for Directors, Finance & Office/Reception accurate and
monthly reconciliation of suppliers and reception and ensure
all Monthly Statements are reconciled and given to Financial Manager;
and saving certain documents weekly / monthly
of the Admin inbox daily.
TCF – ensure all customers are assisted with ‘Treating
the Customer Fairly’ in mind.

Knowledge and Requirements:
ideal candidate will have reception experience and speak English fluently.
