Receptionist position available at a short term insurance brokerage

We are seeking a young and well-presented female to join our team.

Duties:
Complete management of front reception
General Administration
Meet and greet clients
Diary Management (Online and manual)
Ordering of stationery and supplies
Mail management

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills
Good Communicator
Matric is a compulsory requirement together with at least 2 years industry related experience.
