Screen CV’s, Coordinate interview schedules, Telephonic interviews
Coordinate various recruitment platforms
Set recruitment specifications with supervisors and managers
Develop an industry relevant recruitment database
Job Postings / Constantly searching for new ways to recruit
Prepare and maintain accurate records, files and reports
Develop and maintain policies and procedures
Medical Aid Administration
Leave & Attendance Administrating
Fuel Accounts recon
Prepare job descriptions for performance reviews
Coordinate and Update KPIs
Collate review outcomes
Payroll VIP Premier
Full Payroll Function for Oxbow and Converge
Ensuring Successful On boarding process of all new starters (Business cards, PC set up, ect)
Understanding of LRA, BCEA, H&S Act, EEA
Completing Monthly Income Statements
Completing Monthly Commission Sheets
