A start up commercial recruitment company is offering a once in a lifetime intern/assistant position to a young, ambitious and “one of a kind” individual! In this position you will learn the art of recruitment and client development as well as assist your Mentor with day to day admin and client activities.

This is the ideal position for someone who is eager to learn and hungry to earn some incentives. Your matric certificate and 1 years working experience (explained below) will earn you the opportunity for an interview.

Responsibilities: (these will develop as you develop as an individual):

  • Writing of recruitment ads, loading the ads on various job sites and screening candidates

  • Liaising with clients and candidates on a daily basis

  • Researching and sourcing of candidates

  • Interviewing of candidates

  • Administration

  • Diary management

  • Typing and editing of CV’s



  • Reasonable typing speed (can touch type)

  • Strong MS Office skills (intermediate)

  • Ambitious and target/deadline driven

  • Driver’s license and car

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently

  • Quick thinker/solutions orientated

  • Able to work quickly and efficiently

  • Great time management skills

  • Eager to learn and willing to go the extra mile to assist

  • Conscientous (have a high regard and level of responsibility for anything you are responsible for)
