My client, a well established and upmarket restaurant situated between the vine yards of Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a Restaurant Manager.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
  • Min Grade 12
  • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Wine experience will be advantageous

 

The candidate will be required to manage the general administration, expenses, staff , Creditor and Debtor control and manage the front of house. 

 

Please note that candidate must be willing to work shifts / unusual hours and be available immediately.
