Oversee the restaurant, bar as well as room service. Ensure sufficient stock is on hand at all times. Ensuring that all food leaving the kitchen is of a quality standard. Achieve restaurant revenue goals by executing marketing and sales strategies as established in the business plan. Assist with recruitment, selection, training, promotion and rostering of staff. Assist with stock takes.
The candidate would preferably have previous experience in the hospitality sector, be polite well dressed and have no criminal record.
Salary will be discussed according to qualification .
Hours are shift so they will vary from week to week.
