We are striving to be SA’s number 1 pet retailer and are interested in talented, energetic and passionate people to join our team in Cape Town. A few positions are now available in both our retail stores and our ecommerce platform. What we want from a candidate: – To be a customer service champion with a personality that strives to exceed expectations. We can’t be the best without having a team of winners. – To be eager to learn and be involved in new initiatives. Our team needs to be agile and at the forefront of the industry at all times. Preference will be given to candidates who: – Have been through any vet specific training courses e.g. VNA 1 and VNA 2 – Have previous vet and general retail store experience – in both front and back of shop – Have experience in the selling and knowledge of all pet products (food, training aids, wellness etc) – Have previous experience in an ecommerce environment Please note we are a retailer who trades most days throughout the year and as such, rotational work for weekends and public holidays will be expected.
