Leading sports lifestyle brand is seeking a Sales Associate for their Cape Gate store

Great opportunity for a funky, outgoing, vibrant and sporty individual looking for a career in retail.

The suitable individual will strategically provide the highest levels of service to customers within a retail store to achieve or exceed sales, KPI’s and profitability goals to position the brand as the most lifestyle brand in the world.

Salary – R 4 250.00 and after successfully completing the 3 month probation period, you will get Medical Aid cover paid for by the company.

Requirements

–          Two  years experience in a focused customer service orientated retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with results driven track record

–          Proven ability to exceed sales goals (previous work in a commission based position preferable)

–          Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service

–          Ability to reason through complex issues

–          Demonstrates effective communication

–          Ability to present information to large groups

–          Clear credit and criminal record as per clients requirements
