Applicants should be well spoken and presented with an ability to interact with clients telephonically and in person.
Answering of the switch board
Assisting with walk in clients
Invoicing / picking slips / quotes (Pastel)
Sales (an advantage)
creditors (an advantage)
Any other adhock Admin duties
Successful candidates must have the following:
Applicant must at least have matric.
Good PC and Administration skills
Attention to detail is a MUST.
Be a fast learner
Excellent organisational skills
Good communication skills
Sales experience – an advantage
Pastel experience – an advantage
Creditors – an advantage
