My client is urgently looking for an Accounts Clerk to assist in their Finance Department. The successful candidate must be able to work on SAP, have advance Excel knowledge and must be available immediately.
Matric plus a Finance qualification
Clear criminal record
Annual preparation of budget/forecast templates
Consolidate budget/forecast input from regional sales managers and submit to finance department for capturing in SAP
consolidating the relevant excel spreadsheets
Pull relevant SAP reports and check budget/forecast output
the outcome of the budget
Developing excel and word templates to capture sales and marketing reporting
Rebate, discount, commission calculations
for the year end which includes financial provisions
financial information, can work accurately and can work under pressure
Populate provision sheet on a monthly basis
Develop new monthly reports as required
