BSc or BTech and some 10 years experience in industrial civil works [roads,bridges,bulk excavation, water and sewerage treatment plants, heavy civil concrete works,rollercrete dam walls,pipelines,etc] Very good operational skills, commercial knowledge and planning skills and capable of managing up to 2 sites. Must be willing to travel.
