Senior Reservations Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Reservations Supervisor with excellent Customer Care skills who will be able to provide assistance to a team of charismatic and dedicated consultants.
The Ideal applicant will have:

*Minimum of  8 years in the travel  
 industry, with experience selling both
 Local and International
 destinations.     
*Have had previous experience in a
 supervisory / management  position.
*Display analytical and problem solving
 skills, be solutions driven and a
 strong decision maker.
*Strong geography, destination and
 product knowledge.
*Amadeus or Galileo experience.
*Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
*Ability to cope with working in a high-
 paced environment.
*Attention to detail.
*Ability to work well and accurately
 under pressure.
