Historic wine farm in Franschhoek is opening a lunch kitchen with deli type dishes and light lunches to compliment wine tasting. Looking for a trustworthy, punctual  person to run this small kitchen.

Experience needed in setup of menus, management, stock take, orders, and running of kitchen/restaurant.

Must have own reliable transport. MUST BE ABLE TO START ASAP.

Basis salary R6000 pm neg, depending on experience.
