We have an exciting opening for a Sous Chef with experience in a busy hotel environment.

Education Required

Relevant Diploma or higher

Experience Required

Minimum of 2 yrs experience in a Commi Chef, 2 yrs experience as a CDP and 2 yrs experience as a Sous Chef

Computer literate

Extensive knowledge of International Food and Beverage products, dishes and trends

Food and Beverage Control procedures, recipe costing and creation,
