Our client seeks an experienced sous chef for this busy 380 seater restaurant. A high level of energy and commitment required in this exciting position. Serving mainly sea foods and catering to locals and tour groups. Applicants must reside close to the Simons Town area. Kitchen hours 11.30am to 10pm. 

You must de dedicated to your career and serious about your work. A stable employment track record is a must. No chancers need apply!!
