⦁ Administer proceedings and decisions  flowing out supply chain management committee structures

⦁ Align internal business needs with external market resources

⦁ Communicate supply chain management concepts and principles to internal clients

⦁ Establish mechanisms and procedures to assess supply chain management effectiveness
