Training Co-ordinator

We are looking for a professional Training Coordinator to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the Training and Development department. You will manage, design, develop, coordinate and conduct various training programs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Working experience in training and development in the hospitality industry

  • Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)

  • Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and delivery tools

  • Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments

  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Map out training plans, design and develop training programs

  • Market upcoming training to employees and provide necessary information

  • Design and prepare educational aids and materials

  • Assess effectiveness and summarise evaluation reports

  • Maintain updated database and training records

  • Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts

  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
