Our client, a unique international legal giant, is looking for Assistants to audio-type dictated correspondence and legal documents, set up new file matters, prepare presentations and liaise with various international legal professionals.

Requirements:

·         Matric / Relevant NQF Level 4 Qualification

·         Minimum of 12 months experience in a Professional PA/Secretarial position

COMBINED WITH

·         Minimum 6 months in a role that requires extensive experience in report and letter-typing

·         Competent and accurate typing skills of 55 wpm (please mention on CV)

·         Fluent Literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

·         Any relevant degree, diploma, legal course and/or typing speed course will be highly advantageous
