Purpose of position:
To manage a Regional Administration Department (Lease, Rental and Legal administration).
Job Requirements:
Matric
Financial Accounting diploma OR degree is essential
5 years’ experience in –
Creditors/Debtors/Reconciliations
Rentroll/Leases
Administration
Supervision/Management
Desirable:
Retail environment
Contracts/Leases/Agreements
Budgeting principles
Year-end procedures
Bank or payment exposure
Ability to reconcile statements
Computer literacy- MS Office – Excel and Word
Interpersonal Skills
Communication (written and verbal)
SAP
Duties include:
To maintain and up-date SAP Real Estate system database
Billing of tenant Recoveries
Management of Internal and external audit queries
Management of Turnover/ Recoveries
Lease Agreement Administration
Management and development of the administration team
Legal administration (Arrears and debt recovery/legal process)
Financial month-end & reporting
Relating and Networking
Presenting and Communicating Information
Adhering to Principles and Values
Analysing
Writing and Reporting
Planning and Organising
Delivering Results and Meeting Customer Expectations
Following Instructions and Procedures
