Well Established Company looking to employ a proactive and friendly Admin Clerk.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Managing, organizing and updating all relevant data / information
  • Liaising with clients on a daily basis
  • Updating reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Invoicing and assisting with quotes
  • General admin duties.
  • Skills and Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12 or Equivalent
    • 2 Years previous admin / data capturing experience
    • Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Good telephone etiquette
    • Good numerical and typing skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Computer literate (MS Office Word and Excel)
    • Ability to work to tight dead-lines

      Salary Offered R8,500 Per Month + Benefits.
