Requirements:

Senior Certificate
Credit control certificate is an advantage
Credit Management 1-3
3 – 5 years experience in similar role
Sound accounting knowledge
Excel, Accpac

Responsibilities:

Telephonic collections
Reconciliation of debtors account
Attends to complaints and queries, and resolves problems within company guidelines and policy
Issuing Levy clearance consents
Processing of journals, invoices, credit notes
Liaising with Attorneys
Handing over of bad debts to attorneys
Email/Post/print of all statements
Sending out letters and final demands for outstanding debt falling behind
Ad hoc duties
Maintains accurate and up to date customer details and overdue accounts
