Position: Easy Roster Clerk
Type: 3 month contract
Salary: R11k per month
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Cape Town

Our reputable client who is the leader within the security industry seeks to employ a Easy Roster Clerk, if you meet the below criteria please respond or inbox me asap.

Criteria:
Matric or equivalent
Minimum 2 years admin experience in a similar role
Minimum 2 years experience working on the Easy Roster system – Must have easy roster experience
Computer Literate I(MS Office, Outlook)

INTERNAL CLIENTS:

LSS Area Managers
LSS Security Officers
Human Resources Department
Payroll Department
National Easy Roster Administrator

Duties:

Send telegrams to LSS Officers on AWOL as and when required

Complete all necessary documentation pertaining to termination of security officer (payroll termination, timesheet and requisition)

Complete all documentation pertaining to the change of status for security officers (e.g. grade changes, site changes, etc)

Print and sort payslips and forward to relevant manager to be distributed to security officers

Capture and calculate fuel consumption for LSS Area Managers

Check GPS violations and forward reports to LSS Area Managers

Issue uniforms to new security officers as well as co-ordinate the uniforms returned from security officers

Relieve receptionist

Assist with adhoc admin duties as and when required

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

To ensure that all LSS Administration is completed on a daily basis
To ensure that LSS Procurement functions are completed accurately and timeously
