Introduction : RUSSIAN SPEAKING GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER Required – Stunning Luxurious 5* Hotel – Seychelles! Excellent opportunity for an experienced Guest Relations Officer to join this flagship property in the Seychelles and strengthen the Front Office Team! For this role, you will require excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills and be able to ensure that 5* service is provided at all times. Anticipating guest’s needs and going the extra mile is what it is all about. You will also be striving to ensure the continual improvement of the Guest Experience and to ensure effective liaison between Front Office staff and other departments.The successful candidate will be forward thinking and must be able to work on own initiative! You must be able to think on your feet at all times and be a real ambassador for this 5* hotel. If you are able to speak another language like French or German, even better!Qualifications & Experience: Russian Speaker ESSENTIAL!!Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of customer serviceAbility to work under pressureExcellent grooming standardsAt least two years experience in a similar position within a four or five star Resort Island preferred but not a must.
