My client is looking for help desk consultants for international airlines at a contact centre based in Cape Town. They offer a basic salary of up to R13000.00 depending on the market plus benefits.

Requirements 

Matric or any equivalent qualification

The ability to navigate general computer programmes ( computer literacy)

The ability to speak any of the languages above fluently

Must be flexible to work rotational shifts due to the time zones of the countries we service.

Experience in the airline industry and customer service will be added advantages.
