Junior Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie – Constantia – R7 500 to R13 500

Our Client a 5 Star Hotel is currently looking for a Junior Sous Chef / Senior Chef de Partie to join their company in Constantia.

Must have worked for a 4 or 5 star hotel as a Sous Chef non negotiable.

Requirements: 

• Valid Chef qualifciation
• Matric
• Previous experience in a 5 star hotel kitchen or similar environment
• Be a team player
• Must be hard working and dedicated
• Must be prepared to work shifts
• Must be enthusiastic
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Own transport preferable

Please note that the salary being offered is approximately R7 500 to R13 500 – depending on experience etc.
