LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – HUMAN RECOURSES DEPARTMENT

SALARY IS NEGOTIABLE TO EXPERIENCE

 

Purpose of position:

To design, develop and deliver leading edge, best-in-class, comprehensive programs that accelerate leadership development and support business transformation, sustainability and growth. The cornerstone of the role is the development and maintenance of a leadership pipeline through succession planning, talent management & competency-based learning programs.

 

Job Requirements:

Relevant Diploma in Human Resources – with relevant certificates in HR/Training/OD or
Relevant Degree in Human Resources – with relevant certificates in HR/Training/OD

5-10 years’ experience in Training facilitation (Behavioural, Managerial, Functional)
3-5 years Managerial experience – manage people
5 years Leadership/Management Development experience (actual training)
3-5 years Change management experience (OD)
Assessor experience
5-10 years Retail experience ideal
Non-RSA experience/ exposure/ broaden horizons

Knowledge of :

Adult learning principles, concepts and methodologies
Coaching Models
Performance Management methodologies
Knowledge of the complete retail value chain
Organizational Development, Leadership and Strategic Models

OD Tools and Interventions
Change Management
Talent Management and Succession Planning
Structuring of Management Development Programs

General HR policies, practices and procedures
Organizational design (levels of work/capability framework) leadership pipeline(Drotter), Levels of Work
