The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-
Access control of reception area.
-
Assist / direct customer to relevant staff member for sales queries.
-
Answer incoming calls (within 3 rings) and transfer calls to relevant staff members.
-
Record messages & send to relevant person via email.
-
Programming of short codes for staff and update branch extension list and send to staff when necessary.
-
Attend to all incoming faxes and distributing where necessary.
-
Complete Customer Survey Questionnaires and update on Spreadsheet
-
Ensuring that telephone management system is working efficiently and seeing to any repairs and/or maintenance requirements.

Assist Office Manager with any other duties as requested from time to time.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years experience
-
Matric
-
Working knowledge of the company’s mainframe computer system
-
Good communication skills (English and Afrikaans)
-
Be willing to work overtime
